药融圈监测显示：近期，新药初创公司Avenzo Therapeutics表示，美国FDA授予其EGFR/HER3双特异性抗体药物偶联物（ADC）AVZO-1418快速通道资格。

适应症为：针对不可切除的局部晚期或转移性非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者。

目前本款后续分子AVZO-1418/DB-1418（映恩生物方面代码）正在开展一项开放标签， 1/2期首次人体临床试验。

此前BD合作条款为：

映恩获得5000万美元的首付款，并有资格获得高达11.5亿美元的开发、注册及商业化里程碑付款。此外，还有资格获得Avenzo在其区域内的销售收入分成。(其中的HER3抗体来自于先通)

药融圈获悉：Avenzo Therapeutics正在酝酿纳斯达克IPO。其他来自中国的产品有Nectin4/TROP2双特异性抗体偶联药物VBC103、细胞周期蛋白依赖性激酶2（CDK2）选择性抑制剂ARTS-021、CDK4。分别来自安锐生物和橙帆医药。

Avenzo Therapeutics创始人为Athena Countouriotis此为前Turning Point Therapeutics的首席执行官，可谓连续创业者。Avenzo，为其两个孩子Ava和Enzo的名字命名。
